Jemma "Jem" Boren (she/they) is an emerging Production Designer based in Melbourne/Naarm. Most in her element when designing a unique prop or contraption for a film, Jemma is always keen to continue honing her technical skills. Captivated by film as a medium primed for telling a broad array of stories, she is passionate about storytelling through a lens of heightened realism, and putting a spotlight on queer and gender-diverse stories. Jem is always excited to explore new and creative ways that sustainable practice can be incorporated into their own design work.
